I love the (inexpensive) idea of covering books with brown craft paper. A relatively simple task once you get into the swing of things, it makes a bookshelf or pile look uniform and gives it a focused colour scheme. This particular pile belongs to Mara Zepeda—look at her wonderful handwriting! I found this through one of my favourite design-related blogs ‘escapade’, formerly known as ‘a life more fabulous’. I’m 90% sure that the author is a fellow Canadian, so bonus points there. Check out her blog here.
