mini taco pouch from free people. this cute little guy is on sale for $4 on the website and can be used for anything. i read a reviewer’s post that said she used it to hold her jewelry in her gym bag while she worked out. that’s an excellent idea that i would totally use… if i ever worked out. it comes in two patterns, leopard and gold/turquoise diamonds and it would make a perfect little gift! find it here.

bullet boots, from free people. the color, buckles and laces are all perfection. oh, and i think i spy a zipper in the back so these boots wouldn’t take half an hour to take on and off.

velvet victorian jacket, from free people. i kind of feel like this jacket requires blonde or red hair, otherwise the wearer might end up looking like a pirate. arrggh, shiver me timbers!

i tried on this ‘victorian loves lace’ dress from free people a couple weeks ago. the fit is extremely flattering, the removable slip has a nice neckline and the little peplum shoulders are subtle. i found the lace has a slim—but not tight—fit through the sleeves and because the slip is removable, you could easily layer another color underneath for a different effect. the photos on the website, although cute, just do not do this dress justice… try it on! i tried purple, but later found out they also offer black and cream, which would make it even more difficult to choose a color. which one would you pick?
