Etsy find of the day: round labrodite gold necklace.

I have posted about Pyrrha’s wax seal pendants before, but had only admired from afar. Today I was able to see some in person and they do not disappoint. The fidelity pendant, which reads fidele en absence, is one of my personalfavourites. You can explore the image gallery here to find out what each one means.

Pyrrha created this wax seal necklace in Vancouver, BC. It is a rebus, which uses pictures in place of words. This one is: “bear picture + AND + FOR + bear picture”= “bear and forbear”. This is said to “represent perseverance in times of trouble”. Check it out on Pyrrha’s website.

etsy find of the day: the empire necklace from NIXIN. made from three baguette diamonds, this necklace took inspiration from the deco architecture of new york. i love this unique piece of jewelry.

remember the sneak peek i showed you earlier in the week? well, this is the vivienne westwood necklace that my incredible boyfriend got me for valentine’s day!!! isn’t he the sweetest? this crappy mac picture will have to suffice for now… i lost my phone and my camera. as soon as i get my hands on a camera, i’ll post a close-up.

etsy find of the day: vintage gold tone carousel pendant. i have had a fascination with carousels since i was very young; picking the prettiest carousel horse was one of my favorite parts of visiting disneyland and seattle. this oversized pendant from mary angela’s jewels etsy shop would be a nice reminder of that.

i spent most of yesterday shopping for things that i need (and a few that i just want) for autumn. hands down, my favorite thing that i brought home was this crystal pendant on a silver chain. love. love. love.
